These terms govern your use of daytwo.ai and any coaching or community services purchased through it. By using the site or buying a service you agree to them.

The site

Everything published here — numbers, playbooks, opinions — is shared for information only. It describes what has worked for one person running specific businesses. It is not financial, legal, or tax advice, and past results do not predict yours.

Coaching

• What each coaching tier includes is described on the coaching page at the time of purchase. That description is the whole of what is being sold.
• Monthly coaching renews each month until cancelled. Cancel any time from the billing portal linked in your receipt; you keep access until the end of the paid month. No refunds for partial months.
• Intensives are a single session. Reschedule with at least 48 hours notice. A full refund is available up until the session starts.
• Every engagement begins with an intro call. If either of us decides it is not a fit on that call, the first payment is refunded in full.
• Coaching is advice from one operator to another. You are responsible for what you ship, spend, and decide. No outcome is guaranteed.
• You may not record sessions, resell, or redistribute materials shared during coaching without permission.

Community

The free community is hosted on a third-party platform and subject to that platform's terms as well as these. Be useful, be honest, do not spam. Membership can be removed for behaviour that makes the group worse for others.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars. You are responsible for any taxes that apply in your jurisdiction beyond what is collected at checkout.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, daytwo.ai and Brandon Bevans are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the site or services. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the three months before the claim.

Changes

These terms may change. Updates apply from the date they are posted. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
