This policy describes what daytwo.ai (“we”, “us”) collects when you use this website, how it is used, and the rights you have over it. By using the site you agree to this policy.

What we collect

Information you give us. Your email address when you subscribe to the newsletter or join a waitlist. Your name, email, and billing details when you purchase coaching (collected and stored by Stripe, not by us).

Usage data. Standard analytics: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referrer, and time on page. This is collected automatically by our analytics provider.

How we use it

• To send you the emails you signed up for. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• To deliver coaching you have paid for and to contact you about it.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it.
• To respond when you contact us.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Service providers

We use the following providers, each of which handles data only to perform its service for us:

• Vercel — website hosting.
• Resend — email delivery and subscriber list.
• Stripe — payment processing. We never see or store your card number.
• Google Analytics — website usage analytics.

These providers operate in the United States and elsewhere; by submitting your information you consent to it being processed there.

Retention

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Purchase records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Analytics data is retained according to the provider's default settings.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete, or export the personal data we hold about you, or to restrict how we process it. Email brandon@daytwo.ai and we will respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity first. Some data may persist in backups for a limited time after deletion.

Cookies

The site uses cookies only for analytics. You can block them in your browser without affecting the site.

Security

We use reasonable, commercially available measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The site is not directed at anyone under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will remove it.

Other websites

The site links to third-party sites (social networks, the community platform, booking tools). Their privacy practices are their own; review them before sharing information.

Changes

We may update this policy. Changes take effect when posted here, and the date at the top will change.
